With proper guidance in the gym, you can achieve far more than a good-looking and healthy body. It can have an overwhelmingly positive impact on your life. To achieve this, a certain kind of lifestyle is needed – a lifestyle that isn’t easy to obtain by yourself. One that requires you to put in work at the gym as well as at home. But finding the motivation and drive to do so after a long day can be an insurmountable obstacle. In fact, you may not even know where to begin.
Whether you want to work to lose weight, build muscle, correct your body mechanics, or you would just like to start a new hobby, I’m here to help. I want to guide and support you through what could be a life-changing process.
There is a world of difference between a good massage and a great massage. The best massages require proper technique and clear communication between the person giving and the one receiving the massage. That is what I strive for in every massage I give.
In my years of experience as a massage therapist, I have found that there is a massage for everyone. It could be the release of trigger points, a sports massage, a hot towel massage, or just an amazing, relaxing massage to help you escape reality. We will work together to help you choose and guide you through the massage that fits your wants and needs.
We start off the training program by talking about the clients goals, sport history, injuries and lifestyle. Communicating the needed commitment to achieve the desired goal and in the process help the client to move safer, faster and stronger. The program also includes a Warm-up, Cool-down routine and dietary advice.

Using hot towels, helping the person to relax and enjoy the heat of the towel
Using strong flat pressure, manual manipulation and myofascial release techniques to relieve tension in deep muscles
Using strong pressure, fast flow, compressions and decompressions to increase circulation and aid in recovery.

Born and raised in Slovenia, I’ve been practicing different kinds of sports my entire life. At the age of 17 I was introduced to the gym lifestyle. I learned that with discipline I could achieve great results and before long I was hooked. After a couple of years in this environment, I started to realise that without proper knowledge and technique, achieving progress is much harder than it needs to be. Not long after, I was introduced to massage therapy and its benefits. I came to learn how well massage therapy synergizes with the gym lifestyle. Together, they enable you to work towards your personal fitness goals in a healthy and efficient way. This knowledge led me down the road of daily self-studying and
improvement. This helped me lead a healthy, happy, fulfilling life, and I decided to make a career out of helping people do the same. Since then, I’ve become a formally educated personal trainer and massage therapist. With my new-found knowledge, I decided to come to the Netherlands to practice my craft and share my passion with anyone who needs my services.
